Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (We are not contracted with a few Anthem plans) 
Medicare (Straight medicare only. No medicare advantage plans)
Medicaid (Straight medicaid only no Silversummit, HPN medicaid or Anthem Medicaid)
United Health Care (No HPN, Sierra Health, No HMO) 
Aetna, GEHA, Mailhandlers, HealthScope benefits(Aetna), Humana (PPO plans only)

However any patient can see us as a self pay patient even if we are not contracted with their inusrance or they do not have any insurance.
