About Dr. Bikas Sharma MD MPH

Dr Sharma is a well respected, family practice physician who has been serving the Greater Las Vegas community for over 5 years. Dr Sharma completed his residency at the Carilion Clinic family medicine residency program in Roanoke, Virginia and also holds a master’s degree (MPH) in public health from University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Dr Sharma served as the chief resident in the final year of residency and was honored with the resident teacher award. He also served as a member of the graduate medical education committee and the quality control committee. Dr Sharma has been honored with the patient choice award for the years 2010, 2011 ,2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. He has also been honored with compassionate physician award for the year 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015. Top 10 Family practice physicians in nevada in 2014 and one of America;s most honored professionals (Top 5 percent) in 2016.

Dr. Bikas Sharma MD MPH

Dr Sharma was involved in a health fair for uninsured patients in 2010. Dr Sharma lives in Las Vegas with his wife and two dogs. The focus of Dr Sharma’s practice is to reduce the cost of health care, help uninsured patients, focus on preventative care, continuity of care and improve patient accessibility to health care.
